1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solution AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Odinova Labs.

2. Description of Service

Solution AI is an AI-powered application developed by Odinova Labs that provides intelligent solutions and assistance to users. The App offers various features including but not limited to AI-based analysis, recommendations, and interactive assistance through subscription-based premium features.

3. Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Subscription Details

Solution AI Pro Subscription: Provides access to advanced Pro AI models, premium features, unlimited usage, and enhanced AI capabilities.

Subscription Length Options: Weekly (7 days), Monthly (1 month), and Annual (12 months) subscriptions available.

Subscription Features: All subscription plans provide the same Pro features and AI model access. The only difference is the subscription duration and billing frequency.

Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by region. Current pricing includes:

  • Weekly Subscription: Price as displayed in App Store (7-day billing cycle)
  • Monthly Subscription: Price as displayed in App Store (1-month billing cycle)
  • Annual Subscription: Price as displayed in App Store (12-month billing cycle with calculated monthly rate)

Auto-Renewal Terms

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. You can cancel your trial subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. User Account and Profile

When you create a profile within the App, you may provide information such as your name and "about you" details. This information is stored locally on your device using local storage technology. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Data Storage and Usage

Local Storage: Your usage history and profile information (including name and about you details) are stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not automatically synced to our servers unless you explicitly choose to back it up.

Image Storage: Any images you upload through the App are securely stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. These images are stored privately and are only accessible to you through your account.

Subscription Data: Information related to your subscription status is processed through Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's privacy policies in addition to our own.

6. Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously. All uploaded content is encrypted and stored securely. For detailed information about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App. You also agree not to use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Odinova Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Refunds and Billing

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store refund process. We do not provide direct refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Apple's standard refund policies apply to all transactions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ODINOVA LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Odinova Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, but subscription charges will continue until the end of your current billing period.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Turkey, as applicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
